Have you ever tried different flavors of the Mission tortillas? if so, what's your favorite? What do you use them for?
This blog is totally devoted to all things scrumptious. I am a grand lover of food, whether it be that I am making it or buying it. Friends have told me that no matter what we are talking about the conversation always comes around to discussing food...the best foods at this restaurant or that restaurant, what I cooked or baked up lately, etc. My sister-in-law Terry and my very good friend Kim insisted that I start my own blog to discuss exactly these things.
K and I love these tortillas. We do whole wheat or plan as K is not very daring with her food. Being the non cooking chef I am I often just throw in chicken, cheese, salsa and micro it for 15 seconds...a little sour cream on the side...YUM! :-}
ReplyDeleteI have tried the different flavored tortillas. Sometimes I can taste them and sometimes not, depending on how much I put inside. I love the spinach and herb ones for sure!
ReplyDeleteNina, I usually stick to the plain white flour tortillas though I have on occasion used the ones made with sun-dried tomatoes. I vary only for color as the taste does not conspicuously change. This is my first visit to your blog and I had to play catch-up with your older posts. I really enjoyed the time I spent here and will be back often. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings....Mary
