I have had this Sweet Potato Bisque from Trader Joe's for awhile and decided to make it the other night. I think I have had this before but I cannot remember. But anyway, it is soooooo good. And it is so easy because it is all ready to cook when you buy it. Just pour it out of the container and cook on the stove or in the microwave and that's it! It has a really cool lid to reclose if you don't want to make the whole container at once.
Of course I had to add my dollop of sour cream on top. Now I have those Daisy commercial song in my head. You know the one, "A dollop of Daisy...". Uuggghhh, now I keep hearing it. And now I bet you do too right? :)
